In July of 2001, the original version of “The Office” premiered in the UK, and on the cover of Potato Country we featured Bob Holloway. Mr. Holloway was a retired potato grower from Ephrata, Washington. He flew a powered parachute from the Canadian border all the way to the Mexican border to make Americans more aware of the importance of farming.
