UI Provides Videos to Help Minimize Bruise at Harvest

The University of Idaho has provided videos for harvest crews to help in bruise and quality management.

These 3-minute videos highlight how to run and operate equipment associated with harvest and handling of potatoes in order to prevent bruising and maximize crop quality.
