Spudnik Equipment Company, LLC has entered into an agreement to purchase STC Trailer LLC of Blackfoot, Idaho. This acquisition will go into effect on January 1st 2020.
“Spudnik feels the addition of trailers and stainless-steel bulk beds is an important ingredient in completing their product line, ” the company stated in a press release. The release continues, “STC Trailer LLC has served the potato industry well over the past several years by building top quality trailers and bulk beds. We are proud to continue producing the STC Trailer products under the Spudnik name in 2020”.
