Megan Embree is Potatoes USA’s newest team member, joining the team as their Administrative Operations Assistant, she will support the administration team and manage the Potato Board’s Nomination process.
Embree brings with her years of experience in project management, recruitment, and office administration. Her previous roles managing an educational consulting office and working in non-profit psychology fostered her communication and organizational skills. Embree is excited to step into this new role with Potatoes USA and grow in the potato industry.
Embree is a native from Oregon and is loving exploring her beautiful new home in Colorado, often with her puppy sidekick, Merlin.
