The Department of Agriculture (USDA) purchased round white and russet fresh potatoes for distribution to the National School Lunch Program and other Federal food and nutrition assistance programs for fiscal year 2024.
The purchase is the result of offers received in response to Solicitation No. 2000009980 dated March 22, 2024. Deliveries are to be made from July 17, 2024, to December 18, 2024.
The purchase totals $591,632, split between these awardees:
- Bushman’s Inc., Rosholt, Wisc.
- Delray Holm and Sons, Inc., Ammon, Idaho
- Maine Farmer’s Exchange, Presque Isle, Maine
- Race West, Inc., Clarks Summit, Penn.
- Ruby Robinson Company, LLC, Buffalo Grove, Illinois
