After 11 years of exploring America’s highways and byways, the Big Idaho Potato Truck has made its first international trip on its way to Alaska. On Thursday, July 13, this spectacular spud crossed into Canada with the Idaho Potato Commission’s smiling mascot, Spuddy Buddy, and traveled through Vancouver with its appropriately sized passport. The Tater Team will shake hands and kiss babies in Canada for a week on its way to Skagway, Alaska for the town’s first-ever, Idaho Potato Day.
