Registration is now open and the schedule has been announced for the Big Idaho Potato Harvest Meeting at Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel in Fort Hall, Idaho.
The meeting will be held Nov. 16 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. MT, and features well-known potato industry speakers including Nora Olsen, Blair Richardson and Kam Quarles.
