Frites by Idaho, a French fry scented perfume launched by the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) for Valentine’s Day, sold out moments after being added to the Idaho potato website.
Media coverage went viral for this exclusive fragrance and included mentions in top news outlets like NPR, MSN, Newsweek and Yahoo and on channels like CNN, FOX, ABC, NBC and CBS.
The IPC offers many other French fry-themed items for sale on its Idaho potato online store.
