The Basic American Foods plant in Blackfoot, Idaho, will be shipping 70,000 cases of dehydrated potato flakes from Jan. 15, 2022 through March 31, 2022.
The company was awarded a contract that totals $1,211,500 from USDA for distribution to the child nutrition and other related domestic food assistance programs.
