World Potato Congress Inc. (WPC) has scheduled a webinar on November 11, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. ET with Netafim’s Yechiam Gets. The webinar is titled “Basics of Irrigation for Processing Potatoes and Irrigation Scheduling.”
This presentation will highlight the importance of proper irrigation of potatoes. Current solutions available for different scenarios, including climate change and lack of rain, will be examined along with their pros and cons.
Gets will also test methods of proper irrigation scheduling for different irrigation systems and offer guidance for soil monitoring in irrigated potatoes.
