AMS is proposing revisions to the Commodity Specification for Dehydrated Potato Products. Proposed revisions include new product origin, traceability, and packaging language, a change to the defect tolerances for potato flakes, the incorporation of approved granules and agglomerated products’ materials, and the removal of the existing checkloading requirement.
