The Famous Idaho Potato Bowl will kick off on Saturday, Dec. 22 at 1:30 pm (MST) at Boise State University’s Albertsons Stadium and will air on ESPN.
The bowl game is much anticipated for college football fans and athletes, according to Frank Muir, president and CEO of the Idaho Potato Commission, which sponsors the event.
“People are craving normalcy during this unusual year, and for many, being able to watch their favorite college football teams play ball provides entertainment and something exciting to look forward to,” Muir said. “And there’s no doubt the players, who have had their seasons sidetracked a bit, will play their hearts out on the blue turf.”
Decisions regarding fan attendance and capacities in the stands and parking lots will be made in accordance with state, county and local guidelines.
