The NatureSeal Fresh-Cut Produce Extender uses a blend of vitamins and minerals to prevent browning and maintain the texture and flavor of raw French fries, shredded, sliced, diced and whole peeled potatoes.
The product is easy to use at the processing facility, a healthy alternative to sodium metabisulfite, approved for use on organic, allergen free and Kosher, according to NatureSeal.
