USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is seeking industry comment on Draft Amendment I to the Commodity Specification for Dehydrated Potato Products.
Updates include new requirements for potato granules, and clarification to the requirements for potato flakes.
Please provide cases per truckload for new granules product and all comments to Richard Peterson at Richard.Peterson@usda.gov by July 2nd.
