The latest potato stock report is out from National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS).
Processors in Idaho and Malheur County, Oregon used 69.6 million cwt of potatoes for the season, down 2 percent from June 1, 2019.
In Washington and other Oregon counties, 78.9 million cwt of potatoes had been used by processors for the season, down slightly from the previous year.
Processors in the 8 major states used 187 million cwt of potatoes for the season, down 1 percent from June 1, 2019.
Dehydrated usage accounted for 32.3 million cwt of the total potatoes processed, down 12 percent from the previous year.
