Potato Expo 2020 Accepting Submissions for Innovation Hub Stage

The Potato Expo Innovation Hub Stage is accepting submissions for the Potato Expo 2020 being held January 14-15 in Las Vegas. The Innovation Hub Stage, located on the expo floor, is a cultivator of ideas and inspiration. Throughout the show the stage is the center of activity featuring non-stop engaging discussions and entertainment—all centered around potatoes and potato production.

The Expo Organizers are seeking submissions that showcase new advancements in production agriculture, uncover on-farm solutions, focus on current trends, or ignite inspiration. All sessions will be 20 minutes, plus 10 minutes of one-on-one questions and answers. Sessions can be a
single speaker or panel discussion.

Members of the Potato Expo community will be invited to vote on the submission topics they find most interesting. All proposals must be submitted by August 15, 2019. Accepted submissions will be notified by September 16, 2019.

 

To create a submission, click “Submit now” below. Submissions are collected through Catalyst. Follow the instructions below to get logged in.
If you have an account in CATALYST from submitting proposals for other conferences, Sign In
  1. At the CATALYST sign in screen, enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
If you do not have an account in CATALYST, create an account
  1. Click on the Create New Account button to register an account.
  2. Enter your email address, password and confirm password. Click the Sign up button.
  • CATALYST will then send you a “Confirm your account” email.
  1. Click on the turquoise button in your email labeled, “Confirm Account.”
  2. A pop-up will appear stating, “Thank you for confirming your email.”
  3. Click on the “Please click here to login.”
Fill out and complete the submission form
  1. Once logged in, a turquoise box will pop up at the top of your screen indicating you have created a submission. You will be in edit mode of that submission.
  2. Complete all the required fields on all the tabs.
  3. Click “Save” on the bottom right of your screen as necessary.
  • If required fields are missing data, you will see the missing data tabs indicated with a red triangle.
  1. Click “Submit” on the bottom right of your screen when you are ready to submit your abstract.
