In the July/August 2007 issue, we had Ellie Charvet on the cover of Potato Country magazine. He was the manager of Taggares Farms and was a commissioner with the Washington State Potato Council.
“As a commission, our goal is to be proactive,” Charvet smiles. “We don’t want our growers caught unprepared with no idea how to get started.”
