In the July/August 2006 issue, we had Kraig Knutzen, Kristi Gundersen, and Konnie McCutchin on the cover. They are the fifth generation to run Knutzen Farms.
Started in 1894 by Jess H. Knutzen this farm has remained in the family’s hands for over one hundred years and counting. “What sets this potato operation apart is its attention to both quality and consumer needs,” says Kraig.
