The University of Idaho will be hosting a Field Day at the Parma Research and Extension Center on June 21, 2017. Pesticide credits and Certified Crop Advisor credits will be offered to attendees.
The Field Day has three different tours leaving at the same time.
The first tours leave at 9:30 am and run until 10:45. Choose from:
- Agronomy, Water and Nutrients, and Insect Pest Management. Mike Thornton will be speaking about onions.
- Nematodes by Saad Hafez and Plant Diseases by James Woodhall
- Fruit Trees, Vineyard/Orchard Research by Essie Fallahi. This tour will last until 11:40.
The second tours are from 11:00 am to noon. Choose from:
- Nematodes by Saad Hafez and Plant Diseases by James Woodhall
- Agronomy, Precision Agriculture, Water and Nutrients, Insect Pest Management. Mike Thornton will be speaking about potatoes, Olga Walsh on wheat and Jim Barbour on hops.
