In May of 2005 the Huffinton Post was launched and Star Wars: Episode III was released in theaters. On the Cover of Potato Country magazine we had Ted Tschirky. Ted began his career as a potato grower as part of the FAA program and continues to grow in the Columbia river basin to this day. The FAA program (Future Farmers of America) is an intracurricular student organization for those interested in agriculture and leadership. It is one of the three components of agricultural education.
