IPC (Idaho Potato Commission) is having another harvest photo contest with a Manchurian ash steak knife set going to the winner. Last year’s inaugural contest was won by Mishell Van Orden of Garth Van Orden Farms in Pingree, Idaho.
“That picture was taken on October 3rd, 2021. We were working Burbanks late into the night and trying to finish that field. It was just sunset on that beautiful night.”
