In November 2000, the first crew arrives at the International Space Station and Hillary Clinton is elected to the US Senate. Clinton became the first US First Lady to win public office while still the First Lady. Who knew we’d still be talking about her seventeen years later?
Maybe that’s another first for a First Lady who also had other firsts but ultimately will be remembered for second.
